• Content you create: journal entries and reflection responses you save inside the protocol.
• Usage information: pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, approximate location (from IP).

How we use your information

• Provide access to the protocol and your account.
• Send transactional emails (account, password reset, purchase confirmation).
• Improve the product and respond to support requests.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

Third-party services

We share data only with the providers needed to operate the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
• ClickFunnels — checkout and payment processing.
• Email infrastructure — to deliver transactional emails from email.yourenotlosingit.com.
• Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads pixels may be used to measure traffic and ad performance.

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, content is removed within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records (e.g., financial records).
